1. Service Overview

Iterato is a web-based SaaS platform that provides AI-driven product management insights by embedding scripts into client websites, collecting behavioral and feedback data, and delivering actionable analytics.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above and to legally registered businesses. By using our services, you represent that you meet these criteria.

3. Trial and Subscription Terms

• Free trials of 7, 14, or 30 days are provided based solely on our discretion.
• Paid plans are available on a monthly or yearly auto-renewal basis.
• Subscriptions are active for a default term of 10 years unless cancelled.
• Users can cancel any time via account dashboard.
• Upgrades are available but not prorated. Downgrades or cancellations do not receive prorated refunds.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

All monetary transactions, including subscription billing and tax compliance, are managed by DODOPayments, our official Merchant of Record (MoR).

• DODOPayments is responsible for processing payments, handling chargebacks, and ensuring local tax compliance.
• By subscribing to any Iterato plan, you agree to DODOPayments' terms and policies in addition to Iterato's.
• Iterato does not store or process payment information.

5. Refunds

We provide:

• No-questions-asked refunds for the first payment if requested within 24 hours of deduction.
• Refunds in case of proven product failure or continuous service interruption (4+ hours), upon user request.
• All refund requests must go through our support email. Approved refunds are processed by DODOPayments.

6. Usage Restrictions

Users shall not:

• Resell or white-label our tools or services.
• Embed our scripts for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, replicate, or misuse the service.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.

7. Data Collection and Usage

Upon integration, our scripts:

• Collect pageviews, click interactions, console logs, IP addresses, and user-agent data.
• Process feedback submitted via our forms (embedded on either your website or ours).
• Use cookies for session control and analytics.

8. Third-Party Services

We use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and others to optimize performance and provide insights. We also advertise using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Snapchat Ads.

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure lawful and ethical use of the service.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding associated with Iterato are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Iterato is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the subscription amount paid for the preceding month.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Iterato, its founder, employees, and partners harmless from any claims or disputes arising from your use of the platform.

13. Beta Features

Users accessing beta features acknowledge that such features may be experimental and buggy. Use is at your own risk.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
